“The trail hopper was a great way for a friend and I to tour the Barossa. We had the option of seeing 4 wineries by spending only an hour at each or 3 wineries allowing for a 2 hour lunch. We definitely needed the 2 hour lunch in order to enjoy the food and still have time for wine tasting. We chose to eat at Saltram Winery, which was superb.”

“Was excellent day and the bus was easy to use. Amber was the driver and easily explained the itinerary and how to use the bus to get the most of your day. My friend and I had a choice of four wineries we would visit from a list of 13. It’s much easier if you choose down the list as you go. You choose which stop you get off at and which bus rotation you get back on at.
If you are not living locally, I have a couple of suggestions:
Make sure you arrive on time at the start, it makes it hard if the bus has to wait and time is shortened during the day.
Make sure you book your lunch venue as early as possible. I recommend Angoves Winery for a gourmet platter ($$) or Beach Road winery for pizza (definite winner $). Both came with a glass of wine each.
Can’t wait for my next trip to the Barossa using Trailhopper.”
“This tour was such fun. The tour guides Monique and Amber were friendly, helpful and fun to be with. We had the choice of which 4 wineries to visit from a list of about 10, and we could spend an hour at the ones of our choice. Plus have a delicious lunch where we chose The tour ran from about 11.15am and returned to Adelaide at 5.15pm”
“My husband and I went to McClaren Vale with Monique as our guide. We had a great day, everything worked really smoothly. The idea of a hop on/hop off tour is brilliant. I would happily do a tour with Trail Hopper on my next trip to Adelaide. Well done guys and all the best for the future!”
“These guys are amazing!! You get picked up in the city, driven out to your selected wine area, then jump on and off the bus loop as you like, what’s not to love?! We went to McLaren Vale on the weekend just gone; it ran like clockwork & Kristan could not have been a more accommodating or obliging driver for the day – it was an amazing day out & the best way to explore great SA Wineries without worrying about driving. Thanks guys, was fantastic – wish you every success”

“Took a ride on the Trail Hopper Adelaide to the Adelaide Hills Wineries today. Great driver and helpful guides. Nice way to see upto 4 wineries for wine tasting, nice lunch or just a good sight seeing experience.”
“What a great idea, went to the Adelaide hills with trailhopper. Bus was on time, driver was absolutely brilliant. Could not fault the day. Went to three wineries then to Hahndorf and the bus arrived and picked us up spot on time. Great work guys, I highly recommend this.”
