McLaren Vale North is known for both traditional wines like Shiraz, Grenache, and Cabernet Sauvignon, and newer varieties like Sangiovese and Barbera. Shiraz remains a highlight, accounting for around 50% of the crush – perfect for fans of bold, dry reds.
